Costa Rica National Parks by REMAX OceansideWhether you are coming to Costa Rica for a short visit or planning to buy real estate, you will want to soak in the natural beauty that this country has to offer.  Today we are going to talk about two National Parks in Costa Rica. Carara and the Manuel Antonio National Park!

Carara National Park is located 15 minutes away from Jaco Beach and the Manuel Antonio Park is 1 hour away.

Carara is the northernmost Pacific coastal rainforest remaining intact in Costa Rica, and is the beginning of the transition zone into the tropical dry forests of the northwest. Carara is one of Costa Rica’s most popular National Parks, in large part due to its proximity to San Jose.  If you enjoy watching birds this is the place! Also this park is very very close to the famous Tarcoles Bridge where you can see lots of crocodiles so don’t forget to stop by!

Manuel Antonio National Park is internationally recognized as being one of the most biodiverse parks on the planet. Manuel Antonio contains a charming combination of rain forest, beaches and coral reefs. The forest is home for sloths, iguanas, the rare and adorable squirrel monkeys and millions of colorful little crabs.

Definitely this area has lots of things to do and places to go. This is very important when planning to invest in Costa Rica. Jaco Beach, Los Sueňos Resort, Hermosa Beach, Esterillos are in the central Pacific.  Please feel free to contact me (click here) for more info about all the beautiful options we have for you!
