FALCON HAS BEEN SELECTED BY THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT AS THE FIRST PRE K-12 PROGRAM IN COSTA RICA TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HUNAN PROGRAM.  One part of this program consists of the selected institution hosting Chinese nationals to teach Chinese language, culture and customs to the students.  In Falcon International School there are two new teachers from China: Fangfang Xie and Yuanyuan Shen. Una parte de este programa consiste en que la institución seleccionada hospede a ciudadanos chinos para enseñarles el idioma chino, la cultura y las costumbres a los estudiantes. JACO HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE HOLDING TWO FAIRS NAMED EXPO-JOVEN AND ENGINEERING EXPO-2011. The exhibition I will be held on Tuesday June 21st, 2011, during the activity students will present their projects and business ideas to start their own business of which the four best projects will compete in a Regional Fair which headquartered will be the Jaco High School. The Regional Fair will involve 13 technical high schools in the Central  Pacific area. It will be on Thursday July 21st at the Jaco High School Gymnasium. Participating high schools are: Santa Elena, Cóbano, Paquera, Jicaral, Puntarenas, Jacó, Parrita, Quepos, Mata Palo, Orotina, San Mateo, Turrubares and La Gloria de Puriscal. The winners of the regional fair will compete, along with 94 additional high schools in the National Fair. Jaco High School extends a warm invitation to all community members of Garabito to attend the Regional Fair on July 21 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. EL COLEGIO TÉCNICO PROFESIONAL DE JACÓ ESTARÁ LLEVANDO A CABO DOS FERIAS DE PROYECTOS LLAMADAS EXPO- JOVEN Y EXPO- INGENIERÍA 2011. La I feria se estará celebrando  el 21 de Junio, 2011, durante la actividad estudiantes presentarán sus proyectos  como ideas de negocios para crear su propia empresa de los cuales los 4 mejores  proyectos competirán en una feria Regional cuya sede será el CTP de Jacó.  En la Feria Regional participarán 13 colegios Técnicos del Pacífico Medio y será el 21 de Julio en el Gimnasio del Colegio. Los Colegios participantes serán: Santa Elena, Cóbano, Paquera, Jicaral, Puntarenas, Jacó, Parrita, Quepos, Mata Palo, Orotina, San Mateo, Turrubares y la Gloria de Puriscal. Los ganadores de esta feria regional pasarán a competir, junto con 94 colegios más, en la Feria Nacional.  El Colegio Técnico Profesional de Jaco extiende la más cordial invitación a todos los miembros de la comunidad de Garabito para que asistan a la Feria Regional el 21 de julio a partir de las 9:00 a.m. hasta las 3:00 pm.
