A “born and raised” Jaco Beach native. Her Grandmother came to Jaco as a small child and it was her family that was one of the three founding families. Andrea lived in Jaco before Jaco had electricity or a grocery store and before Jaco had a paved road. Andrea spent time in the United States as an exchange student in Vail Colorado. She has spent extensive time around American and Canadian tourists.

She speaks fluent English and also understands both cultures. It is her local knowledge combined with her exposure to the North American culture plus integrity and motivation that makes Andrea not only a good Costa Rica Real Estate Agent, but also a good friend to her clients. Andrea is part owner of Wahoo’s Restaurant in Jaco, which her sister manages. Andrea has been a Real Estate Agent with Oceanside Realty since 2006.

I came to Costa Rica for the first time in 2000 to surf and work for Young Life and Christian Surfers Costa Rica, two non-profit organizations.  After a short time I knew Costa Rica was the place I wanted to call home.

The more I travel I realize we have something special here in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica.  It offers such a special mix of lifestyle, activities, nature, wonderful people and a richness to life itself.  In my free time I love to surf, play tennis,  paint, garden and travel the world.
